Our store is hosted on Woocommerce. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Shipping
We ship to all states except for Alaska and Hawaii . We DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all our shipping. The flat rate shipping we charge is to cover the cost of shipping the items to you.
Privacy
In order to ship to our customers across the United States we requires your name and address information. This information is stored to your account if you create one. We also use the information you provide to securily process your payment. If you do not want your information on our site, you may call in your order.
Refund / Return Policy Information
Return Policy
Purchased items may be returned ONLY if it is unopened/undamaged and in its original factory packaging with seals still intact within 3 days from the date of receipt. Returned items will be refunded minus the shipping fee and a 30% restocking fee (per product). The customer is 100% responsible for any return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure the return package for the full dollar amount so if it is lost or damaged or stolen you will be able to made whole again with the carrier you choose to send it back to us. You must contact us first before returning any purchased item/s for more info and a RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization.
Wrong Address
Please make sure to contact us by sending an email to ironhousegym@mediacombb.net ASAP. Otherwise, we will no longer be able to correct or stop a shipment once it’s endorsed for shipping. We do not offer a refund or reshipment for orders shipped to the wrong address that was provided by the customer. Please note that we only follow what is indicated on the order form.
