Directions

Shake container well before each use. Mix 1 scoop into 8-12 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes prior to working out. OUTLIFT BURN is a very strong performance pre-workout with a high stimulant energy kick. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
